Slate - bike centric?
I am starting to become a fan of Slate. A friend of mine sent me this article recently, which follows on the heals of my post about an article in Slate on bike parking.
"People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of their character"
- Ralph Waldo Emerson
"A sense of humor... is needed armor. Joy in one's heart and some laughter on one's lips is a sign that the person down deep has a pretty good grasp of life" - Hugh Sidney
"When the spirits are low, when the day appears dark, when work becomes monotonous, when hope hardly seems worth having, just mount a bicycle and go out for a spin down the road, without thought on anything but the ride you are taking." - Arthur Conan Doyle
